How did you join VDN&P?
I was a client of VDN&P and was looking for a new challenge. I started as a management assistant at VDN&P just before the outbreak of COVID-19, so it was quite a challenge and not easy at all.

How does your workday go?
I start my workday by handling incoming emails, both in my personal mailbox and in the reception and info mailboxes of the organization.

My role is very broad and diverse; it includes organizing internal events, creating files and starting up single-person businesses, preparing quotes, and more.
During the workday, I also welcome clients who have appointments at our office in Halle and answer phone calls. Additionally, I handle my daily tasks such as following up on the business counter, creating codaboxes, and performing specific administrative tasks upon request.

Why do you enjoy working at VDN&P?
There’s a family-like atmosphere here; you feel at home immediately. A culture of open communication plays a significant role in our work environment. Teamwork is also very important: we are encouraged to support each other, share knowledge, and work together towards common goals.
However, you can also shape your work to your liking and contribute with good ideas.

Can you tell us about a moment when you were really proud to work for VDN&P?
In 2023, VDN&P celebrated its 40th anniversary. Together with other colleagues, I organized a gala event for the staff and their partners: it was a very enjoyable experience and evening!
